Theo’s commitment to excellence is deeply influenced by his upbringing in Greece, where food symbolises family, tradition and pride. That same philosophy continues to shape our operations today. Working alongside Theo are his sons, Chris and Paul, whose business expertise and dedication to quality help drive the company forward. Together, they uphold a long-standing reputation built on hard work, honesty and a genuine passion for exceptional Australian produce.
